Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

The purpose of the role is to ensure the effective organization and management of the sales team with the view to achieve revenue targets and organizational objectives through the execution of the UK&I subregional Sales Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

People Management and Leadership, including coaching and mentoring – leading sales teams to drive revenue and achieve targets and quotas
Strategic planning of the market penetration with focus on the right segmentation, industry, etc.
Customer management, nurturing existing customer base with the view of driving better customer satisfaction and maintaining fruitful working relationships and effective new customer engagement to drive pipeline generation and increased revenues across both existing customers and prospects.
Operational effectiveness work closely with all other business functions to ensure alignment in the sales process e.g. Service Design, Operations, Commercial Finance etc.

What you’ll need

  • Extensive comparable experience in managing sales teams in a corporate setting, ideally in the Data Centre market.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing and over achievement of quota
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience of leading teams through change
  • Good working knowledge of MEDPICC & SFDC / Clari
  • Knowledge and ability to work in a matrix structure.
