Director, Sales & Marketing

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Highbridge Human Capital is delighted to be working with the Promac Manufacturing, as they search for a key contributor to join their team in Duncan, BC. Reporting to the President, the Director of Sales & Marketing will be accountable for the growth and development of Promac’s Sawmill Sales team. The incumbent is responsible for all of the sales and marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record of business development and growth through Sales leadership.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, preferably in sawmill equipment or forest industry.
• Project management experience would be a strong asset.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Lead, develop and inspire a strong, motivated and competent sales team focusing on overall company growth and customer relations.
• Develop short term and long term sales objectives, including strategies to meet them for the team.
• Design, manage and facilitate product marketing initiatives.
• Ensure company growth strategies are supported and aligned with sales and marketing efforts.
• Maintain and foster customer relationships with the goal of sales network expansion.
