Role Summary
responsible for developing, overseeing and administering the firm’s sales forecasting, financial modeling, sales processes and sales goals. Uses knowledge of company products, services, support and technology to set and optimize the achievement of the firm’s sales goals. Specializes in budgeting, expense variance analysis, price structure evaluation, planning, and expense management. Incorporates client schedules and operational changes into revenue forecasts and revenue timeline. Oversees sales force automation systems, costing models, and margin management tools. May develop sales quote tools. If incumbent is responsible for a Group/Region match to Head of Sales Operations and select Group for Executive Scope of Responsibility, if incumbent is responsible for a Division/Country match to Head of Sales Operations and select Division for Executive Scope of Responsibility.
