Description:

Some of what you will do:
As the Director, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Operations team for Staples Professional. This role is an integral part of the Leadership Team at Staples Professional and leads key operational functions of the business including Revenue Forecasting, Reporting and Analytics, Pipeline Management, CRM adoption and improvement, Continuous Improvement projects, Sales Enablement & Execution. In addition this position will interface with the cross functional teams within Staples that support the B2B business including Digital, Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT, and Marketing. Working closely with the leadership across functions, this position ensures that the supporting strategies, effective processes and structures are in place to drive profitable growth.
