Description:
- Australian salary: $136-159k + super + salary packaging
- USA salary: $124k - $158k
- Canadian salary: $110k - $137k
Movember is the global men’s health movement taking on three of the biggest health issues affecting men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Director, Sexual Health & Wellbeing to join our global team.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Sexual Health & Wellbeing is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and delivery of sexual health initiatives within Movember’s Prostate Cancer portfolio, working as part of a cross functional leadership team to influence usual sexual health care for men diagnosed with prostate cancer and their partners. This role will provide subject matter expertise and work collaboratively with cross functional teams across key markets; Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, Unites States, Ireland, and beyond.
This role can be based in any of the following locations: Melbourne, LA, NY or Toronto. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and office.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED
- Tertiary qualification in health or related discipline
- Extensive experience in program design, development and implementation
- Extensive experience in healthcare product management and distribution
- Proven track record in leading sexual health and well-being initiatives
- Experience in developing Implementation Plans
- Strong background and understanding of prostate cancer – ideally in clinical and research environments
- Proven ability to deliver and influence outcomes as a business partner in an integrated cross-functional matrix organisation;
- Can translate strategy into action; proven track record in implementation of a portfolio of impact initiatives
- Proven ability to achieve impact through collaboration across the sector
