Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Manage and develop core projects for Hyperwork applications. Supervise and manage design, development, test, and delivery of complete user stories. Continuously improve and reorganize existing code to meet project standards. Collaborate on architecture and integration requirement across multiple teams. Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as necessary to meet project objectives. Proactively communicate project status, potential risks, and issues to stakeholders and project management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. Manage activities of one Technical Specialist.
