JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Director of Sponsor Financial Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects related to our sponsor relationships. You will play a crucial role in managing sponsor accounts, optimizing processes, and providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven history of driving financial performance in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Sponsor Receivable Accounts, including Client Financial Reporting, Controls, Commissions, and Premiums.
- Preparation and review of the monthly/quarterly review with the VP & CFO.
- Oversee financial compliance and risk management activities and project initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
