Description:

They are brought to our consumers through a network of independent, Company-owned, or controlled bottling partners, as well as distribution partners who manufacture, distribute, and sells finished branded beverages to customers.
Poland is one of the largest, most important Coca-Cola markets in Europe with significant headroom for Stills growth (i.e. non sparkling soft drinks). This new role - Stills Operations Director - reports directly to President of East Operations, directly works on day-day basis with Country Manager Poland, plugs into CCH and is an integral part of the wider Europe Stills Network.
We are looking for candidates with commercial & operational acumen, strategic line of sight, appetite for growth, who can collaborate, build strong relationships, and who´s not afraid to personally roll up the sleeves.

What You’ll Do for Us - As a member of Poland Leadership Team, you lead priority categories Juices, Advanced Hydration & Tea all the way from business planning to execution together with CCH, and you´re a part of the Europe Stills Network. In more detail:

  • Deliver top & bottom-line growth within Juices, Advanced Hydration and Tea.
  • Support long-range and annual business plan in collaboration with CCH to unveil growth opportunities.
  • Lead execution of annual business plan together with CCH (consumer, shopper, commercial) across channels and secure in-market excellence.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure we have demand levers to grow consumer base
  • Track our business performance and re-plan when necessary.
  • Track and understand competitive performance and create plans to capture opportunities or address threats.
  • Support RGM (Revenue Growth Management), with CCH and KO RGM teams.
  • Glue Poland Network: CCH: Channel/RGM/Category/activations. KO; FLA/Category/Finance/Technical, Strategy and mobilize necessary cross functional resources to identify and resolve barriers to growth.
  • Design and lead Stills Governance within Poland and wider Europe Stills Network.
  • Deliver the playbook in other countries within region, when and where required.
