The Finance and Operations dept. brings insights and intelligence to inform decision making & drives digitalization and business solutions to attain NNI goals. Finance and Operations works closely across the organization to guide enterprise-wide resource allocations, investment choices, drive core operations and develop insights to drive growth and operational excellence across the value chain while innovating for future capabilities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

10-20% overnight travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain management preferably from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long term outlooks with operational short-term implementation
  • Proven track record in project management and change management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile ways of working is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

  • Global Supply Chain Transformation
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders in Global Supply Chain and IO Supply Chain Organization in collaboration with the NAO Supply Chain Leader
  • Maintain overview of Global Initiatives and support the design of NAO engagement strategy for each initiative
  • Engage in Global Supply Chain Initiatives and qualify derived implementation initiatives in the NAO Supply Chain
  • Plan and drive Global Initiatives which NAO has taken ownership for
  • Supply Chain Digitalization
  • Establish the digital foundation for building transparency across the NAO Supply Chain, from production to the customer
  • Define, visualize, and report on meaningful KPIs, which speak to supply chain performance
  • Establish clear data governance for all supply chain data
  • Collaborate with functions across NAO to ensure supply chain data is integrated into relevant processes in a meaningful, understandable way (e.g. budget processes, PAP, etc…)
  • NAO Supply Chain Strategy
  • Collaborate with the NAO Supply Chain Leader to drive definition of NAO Supply Chain Strategy aligned with Global Supply Chain Strategy
  • Operationalize the NAO Supply Chain Strategy and derive initiatives for implementation
  • NAO Global Process Ownership
  • Engage in and contribute to the Global Process Ownership for Key Supply Chain Processes
  • Define and plan NAO Process Ownership Activities
  • Coordinate Process Ownership Activities and Progress with Global Supply Chain and IO
  • NAO Supply Chain Development Initiatives
  • Facilitate NAO Supply Chain Development Portfolio Governance Process
  • Qualify and mature NAO Supply Chain Development Initiatives
  • Drive Quarterly and Sprint Planning for active NAO Supply Chain Initiatives
  • Coach and ensure progress in active NAO Supply Chain Initiatives
