Description:
The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Director Support Officer (Cancer, Blood Disorders and Respiratory) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Organise relevant meetings by booking meeting rooms, preparing, and distributing agendas, recording, and disseminating accurate minutes in a timely manner
- Liaise effectively with all levels of staff to ensure a timely service is provided while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and fairness
- Work autonomously, organise, prioritise and manage own workload effectively, responding to competing demands, whilst remaining flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the business unit
- Collate, log and process workflows (Human Resources personnel forms, Finance requisitions/invoicing etc.) within specified timelines
