We are looking to hire people with experience of helping technology, media and telco organisations transform - making the best use of new technologies. Ideally you will have experience of helping organisations in one or more of the following areas:

  • Partnering directly with CIOs / CTOs / COOs to shape and mobilise technology transformations – e.g. from early business case through to delivery
  • Leading technology-enabled change programmes; whether digital, back office or anything in between (and especially in a merger and/or acquisition context)
  • Shifting to and getting business advantage from the use of Cloud platforms; AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
  • Shaping scale engineering and/or enterprise IT operational models - and optimizing these for cost and performance
  • Delivering programmes to drive business advantage from the use of data and AI; e.g. either customer-facing initiatives or enterprise AI / dataImplementing modern Quality Test Engineering principals - e.g. intelligent autonomous frameworks, IoT strategies, data approaches to predict risks & identify opportunities with a mindset of user advocacy

  • Ideally you will have management consultancy experience in the past, but may well have worked in senior positions in the tech, media or telco industries as well - perhaps you are contemplating a return to a consulting career.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Relevant senior experience within the Technology, Media and/or Telecommunications industry;
  • Proven track record and expertise in large tech-enabled business change programmes;
  • Demonstrable experience of building client relationships and delivering client experience;
  • Understanding client needs and translating them into feasible solutions aligned with their business strategy;
  • A ‘can do’ attitude; a hands-on and flexible approach to emerging requirements and a real willingness to learn and participate
  • Proven experience of managing successful teams and engagements on time and to budget;
  • Business development and sales experience;
  • Understanding of how to scope, plan and lead engagements with appropriate timelines and costs;
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to articulate concepts, including good content presentation development and delivery skills
  • Good communication and people skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to different audiences within an organisation, and effectively engage with stakeholders ranging from subject matter experts to senior functional leads
  • Eagerness to mentor and coach junior staff

Ideally you will also have one or more of the following:

  • Experience of working on high-profile and complex engagements;
  • A network of industry contacts and connections with buying influence;
  • Knowledge of implementing digital products;
  • Knowledge of scale Cloud vendors and/or large ERP platforms
  • Experience of delivering in a merger or acquisition (M&A) context is a plus
