Reporting to the Executive Director of Commercial, Consumer, and SMB Marketing, as the Vertical and Workstation Marketing leader you will be an essential contributor alongside the Commercial Business Unit and Workstation leadership teams. You will help develop comprehensive marketing programs aimed at achieving long-term profitable growth through the development and execution of a strategic, solution-based marketing vision. This role requires leveraging strategic vision to achieve results in a performance-driven environment and demonstrating proven success both analytically and creatively, with a focus on acquisition and account-based marketing.
Your Responsibilities will be to :
- Develop and implement the overall vertical and workstation marketing strategy, focusing on the target audience framework and associated messaging strategy.
- Promote the “Why Lenovo” narrative for the segment and ensure the strategy and content clearly communicate that value proposition.
- Partner with the Commercial and Workstation organizations to understand and meet business priorities, enabling growth.
- Collaborate with Geo Marketing teams to achieve overall marketing priorities and goals.
- Create a messaging framework by industry/vertical that aligns market needs with Lenovo’s unique value proposition as a full solution provider.
- Develop globally relevant materials, web/digital content, and potentially vertically focused campaigns that highlight Lenovo’s offerings and customer success stories in our chosen verticals.
- Work cross-functionally across Product, Solutions, and Campaigns to ensure our Vertical message and identity are consistently expressed in market-facing materials.
- Collaborate with geo-based marketing teams to ensure sales teams have consistent messaging and content for targeted accounts in our chosen verticals.
- Drive a strategic approach to in-market activities, including campaigns, events, and earned media, to reach critical audiences in our vertical markets.
What you will bring :
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in B2B marketing within the technology industry and 5+ years of management experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns, with specific experience in Workstation and/or Vertical Marketing being a strong asset.
- Demonstrated strategic and creative abilities with keen attention to detail, along with previous experience in budget management and managing alliance partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously, and robust analytical and quantitative skills to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
We are looking forward to discussing the role with you!
