To be successful in this role, it is important that you

  • Bring vast experience within Program Management.
  • Are experienced with the process of Technology Development.
  • Bring great concept and process understanding, and the ability to define and implement processes across several business functions.
  • Are great at stakeholder management, and you know how to align expectations, get involved at the right time, get the informal information early on etc. to ensure that you work as effectively as possible.
  • Bring very good communication skills, both in informal settings and formal presentations.
  • Speak and write English proficiency.

The ideal candidate bring 10+ years’ of experience in steering and participating in major production technology projects across various industries, and across organizational functions – however, it is not a requirement for applying for this position.

Responsibilities:

Your overall purpose will be to:

  • Ensure synergy between Products and Supply in execution of technology project and programs.
  • Ensure that our Product Introduction factories and Center of Excellence teams teams are capable of maturing and integrating new production technologies in cases of new products, new materials and new technologies
  • Align on use of resources and commitment to technology projects.
  • Lead an explorative function within manufacturing that ensures production technology maturation and risk reduction in the frontend process of product development project

On daily basis, you will work within the following areas and tasks:

  • Monitoring Project Progress:
  • Review the status and progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they are on track with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Own the in-take process from Supply perspective
  • Actively governing any new technology entering the Supply technology portfolio at the bi-monthly in-take meeting.
  • Coordinating with Technology SteerCo and Portfolio manager:
  • Prepare for and participate in Technology steerco meeting (align with SteerCo members).
  • Communicate updates and strategic directions to the SEPI management team, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Ensuring Technology Validation:
  • Oversee the testing and validation of new materials, technologies, and methodologies to ensure they meet the required standards for production scalability and quality.
  • Facilitating Internal and External Collaboration:
  • Engage with internal teams (e.g., Supply, AMT, VINC) to foster collaboration and ensure seamless integration of front-end technologies.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to explore new opportunities and support ongoing projects.
  • Resource Management and Allocation:
  • Support the allocation of resources, including personnel and budget, to ensure that shared projects and programs have the necessary support. (resource owner is CoE)
  • Address any resource-related challenges promptly to maintain project momentum
