About the role
We currently have vacancies for Disability Support Workers at our Endeavour Hills house to provide high-quality person-centered care to people living with disability empowering them to live the life of their choosing in a residential setting.
You will be working within a friendly, passionate team to support clients and their families’ providing care and arranging outings to ensure a positive environment for all.
About you
You will be an experienced Disability Support Worker with excellent communication skills supporting clients and their families, you will provide exceptional care, arrange outings and empower clients to live their best lives.

Responsibilities:

Certificate IV in Disability
Previous experience in Disability Support and knowledge of the Disability sector
Passion for providing ‘person centred care’
Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Current full Victorian Driver licence
NDIS Check, WWC and Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
Ability to work a roster Monday – Sunday both am and pm shifts
