WHAT SUPPORT IS BEING PROVIDED

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 1-year-old boy who is ventilated via a tracheostomy to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:

REQUIREMENTS

• Current references
• Mobile phone
• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
• NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
• Working with Childrens Check - essential
• First Aid Certificate/CPR - essential
  Reference JD-SM

• Airway and ventilation management
• Personal care (as required)
• Night setting
• Monitoring of nutritional care
