WHAT SUPPORT IS BEING PROVIDED :

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 43-year-old woman who sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and is PEG fed to remain living independently at home by helping her achieve daily activities such as:

• Full Personal Care
• Management of Trache and PEG Feeding
• Domestic Duties
• Assistance with therapy tasks
• Use of mobility equipment
• Meal preparation and Community participation

REQUIREMENTS

• Current references
• Mobile phone
• Previous care experience essential
• Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
• NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
• First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Female workers preferred
