Job Description
The Calendar Prep unit is responsible for preparing and delivering disability cases for members of the service to the City/Union Trustees on a monthly basis and works closely with the NYPD Medical Division in order to meet required deadlines.
Under the direction of the Unit Supervisor, this candidate will be responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities described below, but not limited to, the following:
- Perform routine clerical tasks, such as duplicating and filing;
- Process appropriate forms by reviewing, organizing and inserting appropriate information;
- Answer telephone calls and assist Members in person;
- Log entries and maintain statistical databases;
- Work on special projects and any other duties assigned by the supervisor of the division.

Shift: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
