The Bassetlaw community therapy team is a very supportive and caring team. We work closely with the Urgent community team and social care to ensure our patients get the best care in Bassetlaw. We have a dynamic and adaptable approach to our work, to meet the needs of the patient and the wider system. We require someone who is dynamic able to question why there may be delays in the system, propose alternatives.
This is an exciting and diverse opportunity for the right candidate. Candidate may be required to attend meetings/ training at other sites on a regular basis. The post holder should have good IT skills, a flexible approach, able to challenge appropriately . if you enjoy working in a team, at pace as well as being able to impact positively on patient care and the experience they and families and cares have of our service then we want to hear from you.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post; however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
