Description:
QUALIFICATIONS, PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong background in Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
- Experience in PV Design and Electrical Design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- 5-7 years experience in the design of Solar Power and BESS projects.
- Sufficiently competent to interface and understand other discipline engineers.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License helpful
Responsibilities:
- Earthing System Design
- SAT and FAT compliance
- CAD Design, SCADA design and specification
- Electrical Protection specification
- Technical Authority for all Solar Systems
- Provide project stakeholders and regulatory authorities with technical information as required in support of project delivery.
- Maintain knowledge and keep up to date with latest technologies related to solar power.
- From time to time, perform other related technical duties as assigned.
- Attend project and departmental meetings..
