As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as boxes of dishes and kitchen equipment

• Wash dishes, glasses, utensils, containers, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwasher machine
• Ensure that all dishes are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized according to food safety guidelines
• Dry, organize and put away clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Buss bins from server’s station and line
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, such as ovens, grills, and fryers
• Take out garbage and recycling and re-bag bins
• Sanitize dish machine, filters and sinks
• Assist in extra prep during slow periods
• Knowledge of and compliance with all company Policies and Safety Procedures;
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor to keep it clean and free of debris
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
