We are presently recruiting for Dispatchers to support our growth!

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Developing delivery routes and maintaining contact with the delivery fleet throughout the day
  • Deciding on the number of vehicles that are required by region according to our business model
  • Act as a communicating liaison between Business Partners and Station manager
  • Collaborating with the management team to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
  • Arranging and communicating route assignments by region and making sure all routes are assigned to the drivers.
  • Maintaining the active list of size of the fleet and availability of drivers
  • Ensuring all reporting from drivers are communicated to the Station Manager in a timely manner
  • Any other duties as required.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Logistics transportation diploma (asset);
  • Excellent Geographical knowledge of the region;
  • At least 1-year experience as a dispatcher;
  • Ability to adapt to changes;
  • Strong communication skills in a collaborative environment;
  • Excellent ability to manage stress and pressure;
  • Interpersonal, autonomous, resourceful and versatile;
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
