We are currently looking for a highly motivated dispatcher with home base being Meadow Lake, SK, and area. This company has a solid reputation and a strong community presence that takes pride in their employees. This position will start as soon the right candidate is identified.

QUALIFICATIONS

§ Able to work in Canada
§ Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
§ Prior working experience and/or knowledge of trucks, equipment, and/or farming
§ Dispatch experience an asset
§ Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
§ Highly motivated, outstanding positive attitude and desire to grow job responsibility
§ Flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities

§ Develop and verify load plans for shifts and carriers
§ Use operations run sheets and Excel to develop load plans and track trucks
§ Collaborate to optimize and improve movement processes, targets, and load plans
§ Ability to be reached at any time via phone while on shift
§ Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with operators, carriers, and coworkers
