Als Planner (Dispatcher) bij Videojet Technologies speel je een sleutelrol bij het plannen en coordineren van alle afspraken voor de Field Service Engineers. Je werkt samen de Helpdesk en Accountmanagers om het werk van Field Service Engineers zo goed mogelijk te plannen met het oog op klanten tevredenheid.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage the schedule of around 12 Field Service Engineers by assigning them the interventions, preventive maintenances, and installations of our machines according to several criteria (skills, location, urgency, etc.)
• Send and track deliveries of parts needed to fulfil service tasks
• Monitor service appointments and delivery of parts ordered by Field Service Engineers
• Confirm visits to our customers
• Update dashboards (e.g. availability of Field Service Engineers and Response Time)
• Plan loans/demos and revisions with sending of parts.
• Ensure efficient communication with Account manager and Field Service Engineers

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to meet the deadlines and multitask to perform various activities
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Customer Relationship Management software - CRM)
• 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
