We are currently looking for a dedicated Dispensary Technician to join our Mitcham Pharmacy team on a Full-Time basis.

As a Dispensary Technician, you will be critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose by:

  • Providing extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers, to make sure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs
  • Assisting the pharmacist so our customers’ prescriptions are processed correctly and efficiently using our dispensing system.
  • Ensuring our dispensaries are well-stocked and organised so that the team working there can work with ease
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

We are prepared to train the right person to shine in this role. To excel as a Dispensary Technician you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent attention to detail, and problem solving skills
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs
