As a dispatcher in rail operations, you are a key figure in organizing and implementing efficient, safe, and punctual rail traffic
We are a dynamic railway transport company looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team in Duisburg. With our modern locomotives, we serve industrial sites across Europe, focusing on round-the-clock safety and high-quality performance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate resources.
  • Real-time monitoring of train movements.
  • Quick and effective disruption and emergency management.
  • Customer communication regarding schedule changes.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cooperatively with internal teams.
  • Proficient use of TPN, APN, and Leidis software.

Your Profile:

  • Completed education or studies in transport or logistics.
  • Experience in rail transport or dispatching.
  • Crisis management and high resilience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic English proficiency and solid MS-Office skills.
