As a dispatcher in rail operations, you are a key figure in organizing and implementing efficient, safe, and punctual rail traffic
We are a dynamic railway transport company looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team in Duisburg. With our modern locomotives, we serve industrial sites across Europe, focusing on round-the-clock safety and high-quality performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate resources.
- Real-time monitoring of train movements.
- Quick and effective disruption and emergency management.
- Customer communication regarding schedule changes.
- Ensure safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate cooperatively with internal teams.
- Proficient use of TPN, APN, and Leidis software.
Your Profile:
- Completed education or studies in transport or logistics.
- Experience in rail transport or dispatching.
- Crisis management and high resilience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic English proficiency and solid MS-Office skills.
