QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level of languages: English - min B1+ level, Greek - C1 level
  • Good analytical and communication skills;
  • Computer literate: MS Office, Outlook, Excel;
  • Willingness to help and resolve various issues on the accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all types of customers’ queries and disputes within the role;
  • Communicating mainly in writing with customers and the Client in a professional manner;
  • Collecting relevant information and following up on other parties to complete the dispute resolution;
  • Co-operation and supports to all team members.
