Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into an industry leading Partner and Senior Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching technical information for current matters
- Gathering and analysing case facts while identifying legal issues and risks
- Drafting emails, correspondence and legal documentation
- Providing general legal assistance to fee earners in the group as required
- Preparing counsel briefings and documents for court hearings
- Attending in Courts and Tribunals
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE:
- 2-4 years post admission legal experience
- General litigation experience is advantageous
- An excellent academic record coupled with strong technical legal skills
- A commitment to excellence and delivery of high quality outcomes to our clients
- Ability to effectively manage your own time, managing competing tasks and at time working to tight deadlines
- Strong drafting skills with specific ability to draft court documents and affidavits
- A team player mentality, with a supportive and collaborative working style
