Dispute Resolution (Re-Train)

At Clayton Legal recruitment we are currently looking for a full time Dispute Resolution (Civil/Commercial) Solicitor/Legal Executive with the potential for re-training available as appropriate. This is a superb opportunity to join a well established multi service law firm who have a buoyant Dispute Resolution (Civil and Commercial) Department. You would be working closely with the Head of Dispute Resolution (Civil and Commercial) and focusing on a range of litigation matters. Ideally you will be 1-2 years PQE and have had exposure across a variety of litigation matters but re-training is available as appropriate with the Head of Department assisting you in dealing initially with your specialising in landlord and tenant matters / contract / commercial disputes with your also gaining exposure as matters progress to the full spectrum of Dispute Resolution work which we are sure you will find most interesting and rewarding. We work to either avoid or resolve disputes, successfully helping clients deal with a wide variety of issues. You will be highly organised and thoroughly motivated by a career in this particular area of law with the Head of Dispute Resolution providing you with the full benefit of his experience as we look to assist in progressing your career.
