The Siteimprove Inclusivity team is responsible for developing and maintaining the tools our customers use to understand and optimize their products to be inclusive and accessible. We are looking for a Distinguished Software Engineer who is highly collaborative in their approach to developing software, is driven by solving important customer problems, and always seeks to raise the bar.

Responsibilities:
- Align technical roadmaps with business goals to develop a cohesive strategy that spans short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
- Drive design and implementation of new systems from architecture to code: write code and design APIs and pipelines. Ensure that our systems are consistently built for stability, performance, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers and engineers.
- Maintain, monitor, and improve our existing systems with a focus on service excellence: apply and adopt industry standards and recent technologies where appropriate.
- Working with Product and Engineering managers to break down complex projects into epics and deliverable stories.
- Refine and estimate deliverables together with the team.
- Influence and document architectural changes and solutions.
- Build amazing features that delight customers!
- Creating technical and architecture/design documentation
- Work closely with others in a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software and documentation
- Demonstrated ownership and pride in the quality of the software developed, ensuring it successfully meets user needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
