Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS
You have:
- PhD in EE, CS, Physics, or similar, preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in Wi-Fi research and standardization . MS degree and at least 10 years of experience in Wi-Fi research and standardization may be considered.
- You are a recognized industry expert with deep Wi-Fi MAC knowledge up to 802.11be.
- Several accepted standard contributions, hold standard essential patents and have written part of the 802.11 specifications.
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Distinguished Researcher, you will develop novel concepts for Wi-Fi 8, ultra-high reliability task group 802.11bn and you will promote them in standardization meetings. You will join a highly skilled and motivated team.
As part of our team, you will:
- use your drive for innovation, deep understanding of 802.11 MAC and advanced wireless concepts to create novel and differentiating concepts
- promote your concepts in standardization meetings.
- lead the MAC development work package in Nokia’s Wi-Fi research.
- other duties as required
