  • Desirable: Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Control, analyze, and interpret transportation expenses, ensuring action plans are implemented to adhere to the established budget.
  • Design, plan, and execute cost-saving improvement projects in the distribution process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the area’s processes.
  • Ensure the daily dispatch activities of the distribution team, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to corporate guidelines, with a maximum loading time of 48 hours from the order being on the docks, in line with company policies.
  • Optimize distribution routes and analyze strategies for destination profitability.
  • Coordinate changes in requested requirements with transportation providers according to business needs in costs and service. L
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding transportation and product distribution by supervising vendors and tracking relevant legal documentation. L
  • Ensure resolution of findings in internal and external audits as required, through the monitoring, control, and efficiency of documented processes, to ensure Henkel’s standards and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the competency and skills development of the team through annual skills assessments and performance evaluations, timely feedback, and motivation, to ensure their potential for achieving departmental goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
