JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the Performance Analyst Manager in preparing all the management reports related to the Distribution’s business performance by following the policy/procedures/guideline and delivered within the expected timeline

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop distribution sales performance report by daily, weekly, monthly, annually and ad hoc basis as required by the business and Management
• Consolidate and analyse financial performance of Distribution and also ensure the analysis provided are delivered in accurate and timely manner
• Deliver data management report and data analytic as well as data administration with quality and timely which are aligned with policies and guidelines related to Distribution Operation.
• Responsible for distribution program administration and regular reporting
• Prepare and deliver operational in reporting which include:
• Daily Performance Monitoring Report
• Indonesia Agency Monthly Base Report
• Agency dashboard
• Agency Scorecard and Monthly New Recruit Active
• Agency Program Technical Problem Solving
• Agency Mapping Structure
• Leader Recruitment Ratio Report
• MDRT Pro-rata Report
• Daily Submission Report
• 1 ST Year Active Tracker
• Supporting Technical System New GAO Opening
• Build SQL Query for report booster and ad-hoc data
• Develop Reporting tools Power BI for accurate calculation and efficiency.
• Support Manager in performing analysis needed for business performance.
• Support the Distribution team for other initiatives as required by the business.
• Fulfill any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
• Adhere to the policy and procedure related of risk management, compliance, legal and other departments as per company’s direction.
