Description:

For the past century, HPS has grown to deliver electrical power solutions to global markets and provides solutions for complex applications like, mining, rectifier, drives, traction, wind, solar and many other electrical power applications. The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Customer Service, Distribution, come grow with us!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide customer support by being a liaison between customer and HPS, setting up and building relationships with new customers, following up on approvals, hold for release orders, provide test report data as requested, expedite orders as needed, and enforce general terms and conditions.
- Ensure all purchase orders received are accurate and entered timely. Provide cross reference for catalog parts, understand and assist customer/reps with basic HPS product offerings related to catalog parts, and coordinate returns/credits as needed.
- Provide support to Regional Managers, Reps, shipping and Marketing as needed.
DO YOU QUALIFY? WE ARE SEEKING:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of related experience in customer service, preferably within the sales or manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly in liaising with internal teams and external customers.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer portals/systems.
