The District Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for leading a team of In-store Loss Prevention Advisors & Officers ensuring that they support the Loss Prevention purpose and goals of keeping people safe, managing crime, and identifying and controlling operational shrink & loss. This includes ensuring the physical security of our buildings, investigating all instances of crime, working with the wider retail team to address operational shrink, and implementing associate safety initiatives.
Our Loss Prevention Managers develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver Loss Prevention strategies that reduce the risk of loss to the business, making recommendations that will improve operational compliance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the TJX Retail Loss Prevention Standards are enforced through engaging, educating and influencing both internally and externally, working with European Central Loss Prevention in updating training and education materials and business partnering with the field retail team to support the overall Loss Prevention business strategy. You will also lead workstreams and projects that support the improvement of compliance and visibility in Retail Loss Prevention.
