District Nursing - Community Nursing Sister - Charge Nurse

We are currently recruiting for a District Nurse/ Community Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse to join our busy yet rewarding team.
You will be an enthusiastic and experienced nurse, with a warm personality and great people skills. Willing to undertake relevant training, you will have leadership experience and be able to demonstrate innovative practice. Showing effective management skills, you will take responsibility for caseload management of housebound patients with multiple nursing need in the community.
You will be responsible for e nsuring high quality evidence-based care for patients, their families, and carers in the community.

Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with NMC P IN
Experienced Community Staff Nurse
Evidence of Leadership and Management development
Specialist Practitioner Qualification in District nursing highly desirable.
Car Driver with UK licence
Positive and motivational attitude
