EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or Related Field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- English and French speaking required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Vehicle and/or Light Vehicle Aftermarket
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time as needed with the ability to work non-traditional business hours
- Driveshaft and axle product knowledge a plus
- Previous experience on a Customer Vehicle OEM account a plus

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE:
The District Sales Manager will engage with customers to grow, develop and cultivate relationships and to effectively articulate the customers’ current and future needs. This position will be the liaison between the customer and Dana.
Division/location: Eastern Canada Ontario, Quebec & Newfoundland
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Optimize increased volumes through new and existing accounts
- Grow, develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing customer base
- Develop sales strategy and objectives
- Drive results with Warehouse Distributors or Service OEM
- OEM new truck spec with Dana Driveline
- OEM warranty solution
- Make product presentations to purchasing, engineering and aftermarket groups
- Respond to customer requests for day-to-day requirements
- Forecast customer requirements
- Interface both verbally and in written format with external and internal customers
- Performs all other duties as assigned
