The opportunity
This is an exciting cross-functional opportunity to support the day-to-day operations and programs of both our Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teams. As an integral member of the overall Diversity, Talent & Training team in HR, you will be engaged in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role offers exposure to multiple groups within Human Resources and the ability to connect with stakeholders across our business.

What You will do

  • Maintain and update employee records and talent managements systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and generate a variety of HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using MS Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Maintain and update the leadership development platform for program access, including 360 feedback enablement
  • Support Employee Inclusion Networks and Inclusion Champion group with planning and facilitation of meetings and events
  • Create Inclusion Moment communications and maintain resource library to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Analyze talent management and diversity data to identify trends, provide proactive insights, and make recommendations to improve processes and decision-making
  • Support the full employee leadership development lifecycle from enrollment to program completion
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and service-oriented point of contact for employee inquiries and talent management/ DEI-related requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline HR processes and implement continuous improvements
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong judgment to prioritize day to day needs and balance competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
  • Committed to building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exhibit a safety mindset, in a professional and personal setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI considered an asset
  • Experience with data management and analysis
