Description:

This position sits within the People function and is responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance and solutions regarding the firm’s Gender, Equality and Diversity and Inclusion objectives. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, Gender Equality committees, employee networks, and the team, this role focuses on implementing and executing activities, driving change, and leading initiatives.

  • Create and execute strategic and operational frameworks and solutions to drive D&I and Gender Equality initiatives forward.
  • Take on an active leadership position and contribute proactively to committee meetings and programs.
  • Consistently review policies to ensure they’re aligned with both individual and the firm’s requirements.
  • Establish and manage budgets for D&I and Gender Equality initiatives.
  • Oversee both internal and external reporting and submissions concerning D&I and Gender Equality, including WGEA.
  • Leverage data analysis to convert insights into actionable strategies for driving progress in the D&I and Gender Equality agenda.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Gender Equality and D&I and therefore demonstrate a robust understanding of contemporary principles and strategies. They will have the ability to build effective relationships to engage and influence senior leaders at the firm and have a strong commercial acumen to bring thought leadership on Gender Equality and D&I.
