Description:

Implement the strategic Human Resources (HR) Business Plan, ensuring a distinct local competitive advantage for the organization through our people. Partner with other divisions and corporate in enterprise-wide planning and development activities for new and existing programs and policies. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, and company policies. Demonstrate the company s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.Minimum

  • 3+ years in a HR leadership role
  • 7+ years as HR business partner, HR generalist, or other related HR experience
  • Ability to adapt and lead change
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative to achieve high standards/results
  • Strong team player with the ability to build teams and motivate others
  • Excellent leadership skills, written and oral communication skills and planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to protect highly confidential and sensitive information
