JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated team player that thrives in a fast paced, highly-matrixed environment!
This position is for a Division Supply Planning Analyst in the Corporate Supply Planning Operations (CSPO) group within the Corporate Planning Group (CPG) organization.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Product Supply Ownership:
- Drive supply that meets Prodco and corporate/financial goals.
- Manage build plan scenarios and constraint analyses for the tactical horizon with an eye towards data dashboards enabling decision-making.
- Data and Systems Analysis:
- Develop data driven recommendations, risks, opportunities using data across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.
- Visually present data.
- Provide financial implications to enable executive stakeholder decision-making.
- Engage in Integrated Data Management Acceleration Office process development and transformation.
- Areas of expertise:
- Data dashboards.
- Solvers and analytics.
- Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and processes.
Skills and Abilities:
- Systems Thinking, Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), LEAN, Supply Chain Management Certification (APICS), Product Life Concepts (PLC), Project Management Certification (PMI).
- Consider financial implications of actions and recommendations.
- Open to new organizational structures, procedures, systems and technology.
- Communicate complex information.
- Listen and respond constructively.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, STEM, or related fields of study.
- 4+ years of relevant supply chain experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters in related field.
- Experience using analytical and data visualization tools.
- 2+ years of proven experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in product planning and working in global cross organizational teams.
