Description:

DIVISION VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

CommuniCare Health Services, one of the fastest growing long term care providers in the country, is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Midwest Division. This position will oversee the HR operations of our Long Term Care facilities throughout Ohio, Indiana and Missouri. The Division Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for guiding the HR operations, with an emphasis on labor management, turnover/retention, strategic recruitment plans, and HRIS system management and utilization. Workday HRIS experience is a big plus.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years in Long Term Care or Healthcare Settings
  • Highly Organized
  • All aspects of labor force management including needs-based scheduling, compensation, and technology for labor management.
  • Support for employee engagement, recruitment and retention
  • Union knowledge
  • Degree and HR certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with computer and applications
  • Workday experience a strong plus.
  • Multi-location experience a must.
