Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the triumvirate leadership team of the Head and Neck Clinical Business Unit as Divisional Operations Manager There are 2 positions available, the portfolios will be as follows:

OMFS

You will be responsible for providing expertise with the CBU and operational management. A multidisciplinary team will support you with delivery. You will lead and be involved in system wide delivery of service and transformational projects to improve services for our patients pertinent to the service.
The post will require cross site working throughout NWAFT to provide support to all our Head and Neck services.
With the support of the Divisional Operations Director and in partnership with the CBU Leads manage the Trust’s future; provide a visible, effective and shared leadership, ensuring:
Effective day to day management of operations, delivery of quality measures and sound financial management
Robust governance systems are in place
Performance management structures are followed
Staff engagement, support and clear communication channels
