Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide Personal Assistant support to the Director of Operations, Chief of Medicine and the Deputy Director of Operations, ensuring the smooth and professional running of the division.
The successful candidate will need to operate at the highest level of discretion sometimes on sensitive patient-related information.
To provide a high quality business administrative support and advice to the Divisional Management team. Ensuring that all administrative activities are executed with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, with particular emphasis on appropriateness, accuracy and timeliness.
Manage the electronic diary for the Director, Deputy Director and Chief of Medicine, including arranging and changing appointments, organizing meetings and prioritising these as appropriate.
Sorting and prioritising all incoming mail/emails for the managers, distributing and responding to as appropriate and ensuring flagged when necessary.
