QUALIFICATIONS

A multi award winning National Building Contractor has an opening in their Sydney head office for a Personal Assistant to play a crucial role within the NSW Construction Division. Reporting to a Director the role provides professional and confidential executive and administrative support not only to a Senior Management team but also the wider Construction division. This role is all-encompassing and requires a proactive, multitasker who can prioritize, plan ahead and has an outstanding eye for detail.

KEY SKILLS:

  • A track record of success as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Previous Construction or related industry experience advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, and InDesign
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and a willingness to work in a busy environment as part of a dynamic team.
