JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with (existing) clients
- Develop a market strategy translated in a clear action plan
- Implement sales plans, sales targets and provide adequate reporting
- Define sales budget plan for assigned territory
- Recommend actions and proposals for development and growth in the market
- Manage product range, pricing structure and marketing mix for the assigned market
- Lead a team of 15 Sales Representatives & 2 Key Accounts
- Liaise with technical and marketing & Sales Back Office departmentReport to the country manager
Profile
- Master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, Marketing and/or other relevant experience/degree
- 5-10 years’ experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Marketing or other related field
- Experience/knowledge of DIY segment/market (Offline/Online)
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
- You have a large dose of perseverance, dynamism, work ethic and a “hands on” mentality
- Fluent in German and English
- Willing to travel within Germany (2-3-4 days/week)
