Purpose:
Document Control Specialist, Quality Systems
As part of the Quality Systems team, this role is responsible for reviewing and storing Quality System documents for the organization. Uploading documents and assigning courses to employees via an LMS. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has a keen attention to detail and is comfortable with software and online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand SOPs and OPRs
  • Develop and maintain SOP training matrix for all OMS employees;
  • Ensuring documents are properly stored and organized, and standards for document storage are being met.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to deliver high-quality documents in iTacit.
  • Work with area managers to determine appropriate training requirements;
  • Ensure that new staff members receive and complete appropriate introductory training;
  • Assign courses via LMS based on Standard Operating Procedures;
  • Plan annual QA/GMP refresher courses for staff members across the company;
  • Implement and manage training KPIs and
  • Other duties assigned
