JOB SUMMARY:

• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar/West Coast
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) + Saturday (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in LTA construction projects working as a document controller
• Positive working attitude
• Willing to work at site office environment

• Assist the Project Director/Manager in administering all documentation involved with the LTA project,
• Process all incoming and outgoing documents within the required period and procedure
• Ensure all documents/drawings are organised, stored, and backed up according to the company procedure
• Prepare letters, DAR, and other transmittals for submitting deliverables to clients
• Monitor and keep track of project document submission status
• Performs other project-related administrative duties as assigned by the Project Director/Manager
