Our newest opportunity is for a talented Document Controller to join our award-winning team based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
This position is responsible for the organisation and coordination of all commercial and technical documents. Responsibilities will include, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems and ensuring the accuracy of all documentation and regulatory procedures
Responsibilities:

- Demonstrating technical knowledge of the Document Control System and processes.
- Planning, allocating, and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
- Demonstrating detail-oriented skills.
- Demonstrating adaptability to change.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Using initiative, providing practical solutions to complex issues, and proposing areas for continual improvement.
- Encouraging teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Must have excellent knowledge of the Asite Construction Document Management System.
Must have experience with large infrastructure construction projects in the UAE or other GCC countries.
Candidates who are currently available in the UAE and willing to relocate to Al Ain are being considered.
Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
