WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU

  • 5 GCSE Grades A – C, including Maths and English Language.
  • Other relevant NVQ’s, Accounts etc.
  • IT Skills - General, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Email.
  • Knowledge of a recognised document control system preferably 4Projects.
  • Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work on own in a pro-active manner and as part of a team.
  • Should have general office experience, working in a busy office/site environment.
  • Experience working with a recognised document control system preferably 4projects.
  • Experience with quality checking uploaded drawings/specifications for correct file/number details etc.
  • Experience of drawing distribution and management through the above online systems.
  • Experience of producing reports from the above systems.

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

To manage the ASite CDE platform at site level and ensure sites are all working inline with company procedures with regard to the utilisation of ASite and the storing of project information and communications.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Proficient in the use of CDE Systems preferably ASite
  • Carry out training on site for new starts or indivduals who don’t understand the system.
  • Respond to ASite issues and resolve them swiftly to keep sites going.
  • Creating video training content for self-training requirements
  • Carry out Audits on site visits and issue reports to senior managers.
  • Development of the ASite system and ensuring site teams are kept up to date with new requirements.
  • Ensuring that all file systems available are filed with content relevant to the project folders.
  • Ensuring drawings and documents are being distributed and signed off within the allocated time and process.
  • Fire logging of all decisions related to the design development of fire and installation in one file system for BSA requirements.
  • Client training and dealing with client and third-party issues.
  • Working closely with the regional CDE Manager on process development
  • Implementing and adopting the new forms and ensuring they are working at site level
  • Monthly ASite progress reports to line manager and Directors
