QUALIFICATIONS

• College / University, Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Experience with Aveva Engineering and SAP but not a requirement.
• Extensive and relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.

The Document Controller has an important project role in the Company’s project organization and has multi discipline tasks and responsibilities within the Functional Design scope of work. We are now strengthening our team and we are seeking a highly competent and structured person for for the following tasks:

• Be the contact point towards suppliers with regard to document delivery
• Receive and distribute Doc.Req. according to planned delivery dates
• Report status and progress for Doc.Req.
• Establish Bill of Materials / MLM in Aveva Engineering and SAP
• Verify equipment in TAG Manager
